Project Description

After painting people for so long, horses have been such a fun challenge. A lot of equine or equestrian art that I’d been accustomed to seeing, has tended to be more photographic and representational than expressionist. I wanted to see what I could bring to the subject, using my fresh brush marks and unusual colour. Most paintings are based on friend’s horses, some are private commissions. If you’re interested in commissioning a painting of your horse or purchasing a painting here, please get in touch.
